A successful, effective Web site has been designed with everything in perfect place like a puzzle.
The look and feel must be pleasing, but not overwhelming. Graphics must be clean and
organized with a consistent color scheme so they are easy on the eyes. The text must be descriptive,
but not excessive and cluttered. It should be organized so the first-time visitor will have no problem
finding the path to his/her objective. It must also be built to give search engines what they want to
see and how they want to see it. If any of these pieces are not in place effectively, the Web
site will be virtually ineffective.
When a visitor enters a Web site, he/she spends 15 seconds on average deciding whether or
not to make the commitment to continue further or leave and likely end up at a competitor's site.
